Our Story
The Kalico Kitchen is Family owned and operated by Charlie & Teri Baziotis. We'd like to thank everyone for supporting us and our wonderful family these twenty plus years. We look forward to serving our customers and community for a long time to come.
When we first started Kalico in 2003 our four high school children were our only staff. They are all now married and have honored us with 11 beautiful grandchildren.
The two boys and their wives have followed in our footsteps and are running their own restaurants. Derek and Alexx are in Cheney running Bene’s & Ohana, while Robert and Leah moved to Hawaii and are running Lea Lea’s.

We appreciate all they do for us, and we appreciate making new friends and visiting old friends every day at Kalico!
